Executive Summary

The National Girls Collaborative will dismantle gender power structures by paving pathways for the next generation of female leaders in male-dominated fields through expanded collaboration, girl-centered programming, and an acute focus on underrepresented racial and ethnic groups. Building on our Collaboration Model, we will partner with 2,000 programs serving underrepresented communities. Our girl-centered STEAM programming will bring more than 50,000 girls, female role models, and over 4,000 educators together for interactive learning, ensuring access to resources and support for a diverse, nationwide community of girls. Our Collaborative will leverage an intersectional approach to collaboration and girl-centered programming; remove barriers that hinder women's access to critical sectors; amplify the voices of girls and female professionals; and empower girls to confidently choose a career in STEAM fields. We will equip girls to embark on career paths in public and private sectors, enabling them to transform the world, and expand women's power and influence.
